Company bussiness is producing longitudinal and lateral roof rails for automotive industry especially for OEM. Company expands into markets of accessories for roof rails and develops other accessories such as roof and fifth door bike carriers and ski carriers. For manufacturing our products we use most modern technologies of tension bending, laser and machine cutting, milling and point welding. We manage manufacturing area of 2.000 m² and storage area of 3.000m². To improve quality, effectivity and cost savings we are using most modern tools of lean manufacturing.

Between 2017 and 2019, AAS Automotive s.r.o. is implementing the project entitled Innovation of Surface Treatment of Aluminum Car Parts. The aim of the project is to market roof racks and other aluminum components of cars with an alkaline resistance of 13.5 pH. Therefore, the company will be able to apply for contracts for higher class cars and premium brands. The subject of the project is the acquisition of a new anodizing line using a newly developed manufacturing process, CNC milling machines and polishing robots. The project is supported by the European Union and the Czech Republic through the Operational Program Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness.
